  • I will first define energy and liveliness of place
  • Develop a system that will categorze this energy
  • Demonstrate the energy patterns over a 24 hour period using animated color intesities over the mapped area
  • Use the findings to do research on areas:
    • success of businesses around lively transit stations
    • demonstrate the lack of "life" in areas of American cities
    • help discover new ways of bringing life into areas of a city.

Working model of a one cup coffee / tea machine. Place coffee or tea in top vessel, add cup of water to clear bowl, place cup on marbles and push front button - hot water shoots up clear pipes, hits top dome and drips down through coffee / tea.

Exhibited in the Boston Museum of Science, this interactive exhibit demonstrated the progress and arrest of alergins in the blood stream. Lights, sound and switching devises were used.
